Welcome to Mansionhouse Therapy. We are Lynne and Tom, practising psychotherapists. Together we have 40 years of experience helping people with a wide range of difficulties and life experiences.
BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and a director of the practice. Over 17 years’ experience, from the NHS into private healthcare, including 11 years specialising in workplace stress and burnout. Also specialises in low self-esteem and self-worth. Read Tom’s bio →Working side by side means we can think carefully about who is best placed to support you. Online sessions run UK-wide. In-person sessions are in Paisley for clients within travelling distance. Accredited by the BABCP and the BACP.
Clients come from Paisley, Renfrew, Johnstone, Glasgow and further west. Some walk. Some never leave the kitchen table and still do the work, on video across the UK. Referrals are welcome from GPs, occupational health teams and other professionals.
